Short Description We are hiring for this position, with work locations in Brazil (Sorocaba) or in any Schaeffler location in Mexico (e.g.: Puebla, Guadalajara, Cuautitlán, Irapuato, Juarez, Cuautla), depending on the candidate’s location. Your Key Responsibilities Understand & document business requirements Initiate and support required change management Develop functional specifications from business requirements Develop, document, implement and present new solutions Customize & Implement configurable SAP software solutions Design & Support integration of legacy & 3rd party software applications with SAP Support and optimize existing solutions Provide operational support (tickets/RFSs) Provide Project Support (Projects/RFCs) Provide Training to key users Your Qualifications Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable Information Technology qualification Proven experience in SAP IM, WM, EWM, LE modules (customizing, master data, business processes knowledge) and their integration with other modules Seasoned SAP logistics specialist with hands-on expertise in end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound operations, HU management, physical inventory, barcodes and RF technologies. IT professional with hands-on experience implementing SAP projects and providing expert-level operational support for SAP systems. Experience collaborating with international or virtual teams and adapting communication styles to diverse cultural backgrounds Good verbal and written communication skills in English Hands-on experience in SAP programs debugging or ABAP development is an advantage As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
