We are seeking a skilled Senior Communication Specialist and Graphic Designer to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include creating high-impact marketing and sales materials leading the generation of digital content and mentoring a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.

You will also be responsible for monitoring communication KPIs analyzing performance data and suggesting improvements to optimize results.

In addition you will collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision bringing ideas to life and representing the company/client with precision.

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Art Marketing or a comparable field of study along with proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area.

Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop Adobe Creative Suite Canva and PowerPoint is required as well as proficiency in collaboration tools like Figma Miro and Microsoft Suite.

A solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts is also essential to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
