Key Role: Senior Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Communication Specialist to bring innovative concepts to life through compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Create high-impact marketing and sales materials, including digital content that drives customer engagement and business development.
  • Maintain brand consistency and quality through visually appealing materials crafted with strong design skills.
  • Monitor communication KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
  • Lead and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction to elevate overall team output.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area.
  • Proficiency in design tools and software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, Microsoft Suite.
  • Solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Optional: CPUX or other design or UX-related certifications.
