If you’re a branding expert with a keen eye for style and layout, and you’re ready to make your mark, we want to hear from you Apply today and shape the future with us Job Definition > As a Senior Communication Specialist at Pixida Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets and support business growth. > You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives. > Create high-impact marketing and sales materials and lead generation of digital content with a focus on customer engagement and business development. > Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills, maintaining brand consistency and quality. > Monitor communication KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results. > Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction to elevate overall team output. > Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision, bringing ideas to life and representing the company/client with precision. > Maintain and organize an up-to-date internal database for design assets, including photography and video, ensuring quick and easy access to resources. Job Qualifications > Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or a comparable field of study. > Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area (e.g.: marketing, business development communications)> Proficiency in design tools and software to create compelling visual content independently (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Power Point). > Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Suite. > Possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact. > CPUX or other design or UX related certifications.
