We're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to:
- Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deal and analyze client documentation.
- Perform sanctions/ AML verification.
- Provide input and maintenance of onboarding information at Sinacor.
- Understand the risks associated with your business and function.
- Work across teams and functions to get the best solution or course of action.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts.
**Your team**
- You'll be working in the IB Client Lifecycle Operations Team. We maintain relationships with key stakeholders globally including onshore and offshore locations. We see that all internal and external client queries relating to BAU are acknowledged and responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
**Your expertise**
- ideally 3 or more years of experience in Onboarding Institutional and INR clients.
- Sinacor/ Sincad experience.
- ideally advanced English skill.
- bachelors/university degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Law.
- PQO Certification (Cadastro)
- able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
- collaborator with a can-do attitude, able to quickly adapt within a changing environment
- knowledge in local regulation related to KYC
