**Your role**
- Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business?
We're looking for an Intern to:
- support Operations businesses in various tasks, mainly focus on client onboarding activities
- execute client onboarding activities such as screening of names, register in systems, archive documents.
- prepare and update processes and procedures
- collect and distribute key indicators for management purpose.
**Your team**
- You'll be working in Operations based Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are responsible for IB Client Onboarding.
**Your expertise**
- good skills in Microsoft Office package
- studying Business Administration or related courses with graduation by December 2026 or after
- ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization and work in group
- focus, detailed oriented and well-organized person
- ideally intermediary or advanced English
