Overview Product Manager, LATAM (Miami or San Francisco). Join a global team focused on Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics. Responsibilities Spearhead marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the brand’s market performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the product, focusing on positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to facilitate successful product launches and provide ongoing support. Monitor product performance and report findings, making strategic adjustments as needed to meet targets. Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and external partners. Manage digital devices and ecosystems, implementing tools to control device usage and optimize engagement with digital e-health platforms. Collaborate with the Patient Support Program (PSP) team to contribute to a robust PSP program in compliance with policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous. Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in endocrinology or specialty care. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with effective project management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
