Our organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee and optimize billing operations for a dynamic organization in the energy industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards. Develop regional financial policies aligned with corporate guidelines. Partner with operational teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices. Lead quality assurance initiatives to maintain high standards of productivity and compliance. Resolve complex billing discrepancies in collaboration with collections, sales, and operations teams. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in billing/accounts receivable, ideally within complex service environments. At least 5 years in leadership roles managing teams directly and through supervisors. Strong expertise in Brazilian billing processes and tax compliance. Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools.
