**Precision Marketing Lead**:
**Duties**:
- Lead the planning and execution of precision marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery.
- Ensure alignment with brand safety, digital best practices, and KPI frameworks across funnel stages.
- Oversee media plan approval, audience strategy, and performance monitoring.
- Drive campaign optimizations and provide strategic guidance to internal teams and agencies.
- Define measurement approaches and ensure proper governance and reporting.
- Promote adoption of PM principles across teams, identify training needs, and lead capability building.
- Consolidate campaign results and share key learnings with global and regional stakeholders.

**Profile**:
- 4-6 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in performance campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, planning, and execution.
- Familiarity with media tech platforms (e.g., GMP, DSP, DMP).
- Strategic thinker with project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, agile mindset, results-driven.
- Fluent in English.
