About the role

As a Marketing Lead, you will make an impact by [owning end-to-end omnichannel campaign execution in Brazil with WhatsApp messaging as the primary engagement channel. The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in translating brand strategy into actionable localized marketing journeys ensuring timely development of creative assets getting timely internal approval from the Novo Product & Brand team stakeholders. You will be a valued member of the Marketing team and work collaboratively with multicultural teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Participation in workshops aligning with the client team on marketing objectives translating goals into strategy actionable plan.
  • Cross-functional Coordination
  • Localization & Content Oversight
  • Providing Insights to the client team from the data insights shared by the data SME
  • Stakeholder Engagement

Work model: Hybrid.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 or 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. What you need to have to be considered

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's in marketing / business communication
  • Advanced English
  • Solid background on Marketing Delivery
  • Proven success in managing omni-channel campaign
  • Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills
