Responsibilities- Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to develop, design, and bring to market innovative devices and services.
- Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
- Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to cutting edge technologies at incredible scale and speed.
- Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.
- Manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations and owning communications.
- Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights by using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
- Leverage Amazon knowledge to align solutions with Selling Partners' objectives and consult on opportunities and potential business impact.
- Be a proficient sparring partner to selling partners, guiding the execution of strategic plans and addressing ad-hoc questions and operational challenges.
- Gain trust of managed selling partners through close collaboration and delivering results; build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Educate selling partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge of selling on Amazon.
- Prepare and present performance deep-dives to discuss business progress, challenges, and strategic plans with selling partners.
- Own a specific subject within the service organization to support peers and invent processes/tools benefiting internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Branding, Fulfillment by Amazon, Hiring, Tools, Deals, etc.).
- Develop local requirements to ensure standardized processes are adapted to the needs of Selling Partners in the country.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools (preferred).
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals (preferred).
