Job Description:

The Customer Care Supervisor plays a key role in supporting AGCO's dealership network, ensuring efficient spare parts order handling and high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Claims & Returns Management
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
  • Leadership of a team of customer care representatives

This position has a direct impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by resolving discrepancies reported by dealers and providing valuable insights and solutions to meet their needs effectively.

Your Impact

As a Customer Care Supervisor at AGCO Parts, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealership with spare parts order handling. You will ensure that dealers receive the right parts, within the desired deadlines, and under appropriate conditions.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven experience in managing customer service teams
  • Advanced English mandatory; Spanish proficiency a plus
  • Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce and SAP; familiarity with JDE a plus
