The role is based in Brazil, and you will be part of dynamic team of five people that is linked to a larger global group. This job will provide you with an opportunity to further your career alongside some of the best and most passionate technology experts from around the world in a leading company within the test, measurement and data analytics industry.Primary responsibilitiesAs a Customer Care Intern you will be responsible for:- Answer the telephone and redirect phone calls with the organization- Check and direct Leads with the Sales CRM system- Issue simple quoations according to Sales Engineers instructions- Sending order confirmations to the customers- Order Processing- Manage Orders in portals- Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts- Professional qualifications and personal skills- Strong communication skills in English - oral and written.- Strong team and interpersonal skills- Task-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible- Strong attention to detail a must**Benefits**:- Life Insurance- Meal ticket- Bus TicketLI-LM1
