Como Head de Design, você será responsável por s upervisionar e inspirar o time atual de 4 designers, garantindo a entrega de projetos criativos de alta qualidade e dentro dos prazos estabelecidos. Suas principais responsabilidades incluirão:

  • Melhorar o fluxo de solicitação de criativos, garantindo que o processo seja eficiente, transparente e colaborativo, facilitando a interação entre os times internos.
  • Atuar como a última camada de aprovação dentro do time de design, garantindo que todas as peças criativas atendam aos padrões estéticos e estratégicos estabelecidos antes da liberação final.
  • Oferecer feedback constante para desenvolver as habilidades e o crescimento profissional da equipe. Identificar a necessidade de novos talentos e, quando necessário, liderar o processo de recrutamento de novos designers.
  • Traduzir a estratégia de negócios e marketing em soluções visuais impactantes. Compreender o público-alvo de cada projeto e determinar o direcionamento criativo que será mais eficaz para atingi-lo.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipes de mídia, planejamento e atendimento ao cliente para garantir que o design esteja sempre alinhado às metas estratégicas e comerciais dos projetos.
  • Habilidade de interpretar estratégias de marketing e traduzir em soluções visuais que ressoem com o público-alvo e atinjam os objetivos de negócio.
  • Estar sempre atualizado(a) com as tendências de design e tecnologia, propondo soluções criativas que impactem o mercado.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência atuando como designer em agências de publicidade, marketing ou mídia, com um portfólio robusto que demonstre expertise em design gráfico, digital e branding.
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência liderando equipes de design
  • Proficiência em Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) e em ferramentas de prototipagem como Figma e Sketch.
  • Conhecimento prático em design para mídia digital, incluindo criação de layouts para web, banners, redes sociais e campanhas de e-mail marketing.
  • Inglês Avançado (será testado durante o processo de recrutamento da vaga)
