We're assembling an exceptional team to tackle one of the world's toughest challenges, and we’re looking for a world-class Head of Finance to establish a capital-efficient organization and lead the charge in fundraising through both debt and equity.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead debt raising for our fintech structure (DCM)
  • Drive equity fundraising, from Series-A to IPO (ECM)
  • Oversee financial and strategic planning
  • Manage day-to-day operations: accounting, payments, legal
  • Help shape our fintech product offering
  • Build a cost-conscious and efficient organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, top consulting firms, or a relevant fintech
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Expertise in financial modeling and presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities
