Brazil Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Brazil. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading OKX's institutional sales strategy in the region.
This is a high-impact role requiring a deep understanding of the local financial landscape and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Brazil, targeting brokers, financial institutions, and other key market participants.
- Build and sustain high-value relationships with institutional clients, leveraging both traditional finance and crypto insights to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to drive Brazil's market objectives.
- Manage local order book processes and RFQ systems to maintain and enhance the quality of OKX's institutional offerings in Brazil.
- Contribute market insights to help tailor OKX's product suite to meet the unique needs of Brazilian clients.
- Ensure alignment between OKX's Brazilian market strategy and broader institutional goals, working with global teams for a unified approach.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses. If you have 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with a mix of corporate banking, institutional finance, or fintech experience, we encourage you to apply.
