As a seasoned sales leader, you will spearhead MORFO's commercial development in Brazil, driving expansion and structure within the Brazilian market. This strategic role offers a unique opportunity to propel growth, develop a high-performing sales team, and establish a robust customer portfolio.

Your Mission

As Executive Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining market parameters and developing playbooks to refine sales processes and design commercial products in complex sales contexts
  • Reviewing and implementing a Customer Success strategy from process setup to detailed monitoring
  • Co-developing and co-executing a sales-marketing strategy with the Chief Marketing Officer
  • Executing sales strategies, ensuring validation and structuring of the sales pipeline
  • Overseeing contract negotiations, closing deals, and contributing to the recruitment and organization of the commercial team
  • Proficiently managing CRM systems
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +10 years' experience in complex selling and managing large-scale accounts
  • Proven experience in startups, navigating new markets, and thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience dealing with Brazil's largest corporates
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team, starting from scratch
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
