Early Childhood Development Program Manager for Brazil

At Devinfo, we are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Program Manager to lead our efforts in Brazil. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of our investments in the country.
The position is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and reports directly to our Representative in the region. We offer a competitive salary range of BRL 162,446 – BRL 223,363 per year.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in early childhood development, programme management, and international development. A Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in programme management are required. Additionally, fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is necessary, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, monitoring, and evaluating country partnerships and programmes. You will also manage key partners and programmes, participate in key meetings with external stakeholders, and document programme progress. Furthermore, you will adapt global content to the local context, provide logistic support when needed, and coordinate communications needs of the Foundation in Brazil.
