Sobre a oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Technical Sales Support para atua apoiando o time comercial e de Account Managers em novas oportunidades estratégicas de negócio. Se você tem paixão por tecnologia, inovação e soluções digitais e quer desenvolver sua carreira em um ambiente global e dinâmico essa vaga é para você Principais responsabilidades Apoiar o time de vendas no processo de pré-vendas , configurando e demonstrando soluções tecnológicas. Realizar apresentações técnicas , visitas a clientes e compreender suas necessidades para propor soluções personalizadas. Configurar e coordenar demonstrações técnicas e provas de conceito (PoC) . Apoiar na elaboração de propostas técnicas, escopos e orçamentos (SOW) . Contribuir com respostas a RFI, RFP, editais e concorrências públicas e privadas. Garantir a atualização de sistemas e CRM com informações precisas. Colaborar com o time de marketing em cases, eventos e conteúdos técnicos . Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências, tecnologias e soluções inovadoras do mercado. Requisitos técnicos Conhecimento sólido em sistemas digitais, informática, desenvolvimento de software, automação e transformação digital . Experiência com vendas técnicas B2B e apresentação de soluções tecnológicas. Domínio do pacote Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) e ambientes Google e Teams . Desejável familiaridade com qualidade, melhoria contínua e normas ISO (como 17025) . Diferencial: conhecimento em programação (Java, C#, Web, Flutter, Arduino) , banco de dados SQL , IoT, Cloud, Analytics, Machine Learning e IA . ;Formação Obrigatória: Graduação ou curso técnico em Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia (Química, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Automação, Materiais, Produção), Matemática ou Estatística. Desejável: Experiência acadêmica ou profissional em desenvolvimento de sistemas e aplicações digitais (Web, Mobile ou Desktop). Diferencial: vivência em indústria, laboratórios, centros de pesquisa ou sistemas LIMS/LIS/ELN .
