Make regular visits to customers to maintain current business and develop new opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities, whether with new customers or new products, aiming to improve margins, protect business from competition, and ensure its sustainability.
Conduct training sessions and technical seminars for customers, distributors, and/or representatives.
Actively participate in trade shows and events aimed at customers.
Discuss and define, together with the R&D team, the need for the development of new products.
Discuss and define, together with the Internal Sales Team, the service strategies for your customer portfolio.
Continuously improve customer relationships by involving other areas of the organization, going beyond individual relationships to develop company-to-company connections, thereby bringing the organization closer to the customers and contributing to enhancing our "customer centricity" culture.
Keep C4C updated regarding business opportunities and customer visits.
Issue a monthly sales report to monitor the activities of your customer portfolio.
Regularly analyze sales and margin indicators and define concrete actions to improve these indicators within your customer portfolio.
Bachelor's degree or technical degree, preferably in Engineering or Chemistry.
Experience in technical sales and value-based sales. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
