Compensation Specialist Role Overview We seek an experienced Compensation Specialist to process Brazil payroll for employees, manage workflow, and ensure timely and accurate data processing. Main Responsibilities Process Brazil payroll for employees using Deel platform functionality Manage workflow to guarantee timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payroll data Remit Brazilian employee payroll deposits and monthly FGTS/INSS tax payments Requirements and Qualifications At least 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration Able to work independently and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Recent experience working with Deel or similar third-party payroll providers Tax Compliance Expertise Required To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations regarding payroll processing. You must be able to navigate the complexities of tax compliance in Brazil.
