Payroll Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in payroll operations, with a strong analytical and methodical approach.The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Brazil payroll for employees in the Deel platform, managing workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payroll data.Key Responsibilities:Process Brazil payroll for employees in the Deel platform.Manage workflow to ensure incoming and outgoing payroll data is processed timely and accurately.Remittance of Brazilian employee payroll deposits and monthly FGTS/INSS payroll tax payments.Ability to understand union agreement(s) and serve as a point of contact for employee and/or vendor questions in relation.Knowledge of Brazil payroll tax compliance to ensure the accuracy of system settings and processed transactions.The Payroll Operations Specialist will work closely with the Deel payroll team to ensure seamless payroll processing and adherence to regulatory requirements.Requirements:4+ years of experience in payroll operations.Strong analytical and methodical approach.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Bilingual Portuguese is preferred.About This Role:This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled payroll professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth of our organization.
