Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team at Avenue Code, working on both client projects and supporting our pre-sales initiatives. This role is responsible for proactively leading and supporting Enterprise Architecture activities while ensuring that technology solutions align with business needs and architecture governance standards.

The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of solutions — including applications, technologies, processes, and shared services — and provide strategic leadership, analysis, and design guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Enterprise Architecture initiatives, managing a comprehensive solution portfolio.
  • Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business goals, capabilities, outcomes, value streams, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop and present architectural proposals during pre-sales phases.
  • Conduct business capability assessments, gap analysis, value stream mapping, customer journey design, and roadmap development.
  • Analyze current (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) states, identify gaps, and define incremental improvements.
  • Design and deliver architecture roadmaps across various domains of Enterprise Architecture.
  • Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to translate needs into strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Architect scalable and robust solutions using cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure. We are a Google Partner.
  • Apply application architecture expertise, agile methodologies, and CI/CD best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a Solution Architect or in equivalent roles.
  • Strong experience preparing and presenting architectural and commercial proposals.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with techniques such as business capability modeling, gap analysis, value stream mapping, and journey mapping.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of application architecture, agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency. (mandatory)
Nice To Have Skills
  • Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and Enterprise Architecture trends.
