Solutions architect

We are looking for an exceptional Solution Architect to join us in shaping the future of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). We are seeking a Solution Architect with a proven track record of architecting, designing, and building scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. As a member of our Product Technology team, you will work closely with a customer99s technical and business leaders to understand their technical gaps, needs, and business objectives, and craft GenAI-based solutions that promote innovation and accelerate bringing new products to market. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive innovations in enterprise-grade GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop detailed and scalable architectural designs to address client needs, leveraging the company products as well as third-party libraries and tools.
• Piloting and Prototyping: Run pilot programs with customers to demonstrate feasibility and advantages of proposed GenAI-based solutions; may introduce new features or build prototypes.
• Client Interaction: Work with clients to understand business challenges and technical requirements; conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions and best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize solutions for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness; select appropriate instance types, auto-scaling configurations, and storage options.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements; implement identity and access management, data encryption, and other security measures.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture and provide training to clients or internal teams on implementation and management.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Applied Research, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success, to integrate innovation and maintain product technology leadership.
• Leadership: Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of rapid innovation.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• At least 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with emphasis on leading, deploying, and managing systems in production environments.
• Experience partnering with Research Science or Machine Learning experts to drive optimization using the latest techniques.
