Responsibilities
  • Lead training efforts for Field Sales Operations and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition to new SAAS partner, Move Medical
  • Assess training needs and develop sessions, including live and virtual workshops, to align with Field Sales Network goals
  • Create learning materials and standard operating procedures for sales office implementation and optimization
  • Utilize analytics to drive strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and refine inventory management
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 years of related work experience in leadership, training, or people management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel
  • Clear understanding of standard procedures with the ability to modify and train others on them
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare or central services
  • Experience with visualization programs like PowerBI and/or Tableau
  • Familiarity with working in highly regulated industries
  • Experience in sales or sales support roles in Trauma, Spine, or Joint Reconstruction
  • Project Management Certification or experience
