Startup em fase de desenvolvimento oculta. Nesta etapa, nosso objetivo é mapear jornadas e pontos de captura, publicar uma taxonomia de eventos e planejar a camada de dados de ponta a ponta, a fim de garantir sinais precisos que viabilizem o envio de informações acuradas para dashboards gerenciais, campanhas em múltiplas plataformas, CRM e outros fins aplicáveis (como definição de audiências, análise de cohorts, cálculo de CAC/ROAS).

Objetivo

Planejamento & desenho da camada de dados (taxonomia de eventos, Data Layer Contract, padrões de UTM/naming).

Implementação de GA4 + GTM (Web/App) + sGTM, com Consent Mode v2/CMP e integrações server-to-server (Meta CAPI, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, webhooks/offline).

Qualidade & governança: deduplicação cliente⇄servidor, QA automatizado, observabilidade (latência, match rate, integridade), LGPD.

Dados & analytics: GA4 → BigQuery, staging/marts iniciais (funil, cohorts, CAC/ROAS), dashboards gerenciais confiáveis.

Ativação: preparação de audiências básicas para CRM e plataformas de mídia multicanal, com base em dados 1P.

Requisitos

Documentação rigorosa (taxonomia, dicionário de métricas, SOPs) e ownership de ponta a ponta;

Experiência comprovada em Martech e/ou Growth Hacking;

Domínio de GA4, GTM (web/app), sGTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads (incl. Enhanced Conversions) e ferramentas de tagueamento;

Integrações server-to-server em produção (CAPI Gateway, Google Ads Conversions API, Webhooks) com deduplicação consistente;

Forte SQL e prática com BigQuery (schemas de evento GA4, particionamento, otimização de custo);

Experiência em ETL/ELT e modelagem de dados para o funil Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue;

Vivência com Reverse ETL e integrações de CRM;

Consent Mode v2 + CMP e boas práticas de LGPD aplicadas a tracking/ativação;

Capacidade de trabalhar com grande volume de dados e cruzar múltiplas fontes (ads, produto, CRM, financeiro);

Mentalidade experimental (testar → medir → aprender → otimizar) com desenho estatístico básico.

Diferenciais

Experiência em projetos de alto volume.

Python (APIs, loaders, QA), dbt (transformação) e Airflow/Composer (orquestração).

MMM (Robyn), geo-experiments e incrementality testing.

Familiaridade com SKAdNetwork, Firebase/App Measurement, MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer).

Vivência com personalização/recommendation e composable CDP.

IaC (Terraform) e CI/CD para assets de tracking/pipelines.

Observabilidade (Grafana/Stackdriver), feature flags e rollouts seguros.
