As a Lead Product Manager for the CAT Platform team, you will provide a reliable and scalable abuse fighting platform used by all of Google. You will lead and manage a team of product managers. You will work closely with engineering leadership to define an overall mission and goal for the team that ensures Google has a platform that is ready for the future in a world with rapidly evolving regulatory and user expectations on safety.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping Google products succeed by understanding their strategies and developing a strategy and roadmap to provide the CAT platform services they need to meet their goals.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google's products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

- Ensure day-to-day reliability of CAT platform by working with engineers to set and execute on technical excellence projects to ensure our systems remain up and available as Google's user base continues to grow rapidly.

- Collaborate across organizational boundaries. Abuse fighting is a distributed problem across PSS, Trust and Safety, and the Product Areas to help develop a platform direction that will help them achieve their goals.
- Lead and mentor a team.
