We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead our Child Safety team. In this role, you will develop cutting-edge technology to combat online abuse and create solutions with tangible, real-world impact.

Our team is dedicated to removing Child Sexual Abuse Imagery (CSAM) online. We work closely with Trust and Safety, the Special Victims Investigation Group, and other teams to detect and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Many of these reports lead to rescues every day. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will help create a safer world by preventing abuse and exploitation of children across our products.

  • Manage the design, development, and deployment of systems for detecting and combating CSAM and other forms of child endangerment.">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate abuse-fighting safeguards into our products.">
  • Prioritize safety and user trust, balancing responsible content moderation with user privacy and trust.">
  • Support external partners and develop solutions to extend the reach and effectiveness of anti-child exploitation efforts.">
  • Lead a team of Software Engineers focused on this critical mission, providing mentorship and fostering an environment of innovation.">
