Job Overview
">This role oversees the comprehensive management of company assets and materials, ensuring optimal security, compliance, and efficient utilization.
The position is responsible for end-to-end asset management, encompassing inbound and outbound material flow verification against system records and purchase orders.
Key aspects include:
- Optimizing resource allocation to minimize waste through recycling and effective management.
- Tracking maintenance activities, assigning personnel, monitoring progress, and collecting data for analysis.
- Reviewing and handling scrapped materials according to established procedures.
- Providing guidance and supervision on departmental asset management and implementing responsibilities at the individual level.
Requirements
">To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with at least 5 years of experience in asset management or administrative management.
- Proficiency in asset management processes and familiarity with asset management systems and computer operations, especially MS Office.
- Thorough knowledge of asset management, including asset definition, classification, management methods, and understanding of the asset lifecycle concept.
