Chief Asset Management Officer

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of company assets and materials, ensuring efficient utilization and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound flows of materials, verifying accuracy and establishing asset cards in a timely manner.
- Review and oversee recycling of materials, allocating resources for optimal utilization.
- Track maintenance activities, assign personnel, monitor progress, and collect data for analysis.
- Handle scrapped materials and commodities according to company procedures, ensuring proper disposal.
- Provide guidance and supervision on departmental material and asset management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years of experience in asset management or administrative management preferred.
- Familiarity with asset management processes, proficient in asset management systems and computer operations.
- Solid knowledge of asset management concepts, including lifecycle understanding.
