Growth Marketer In Global Running Company – Part‑Time With Room To Grow Into Head Of Marketing Hi, my name is Lena, founder of Go Running Tours. This is not your usual job post – I’ll give you the good, the bad, and the ugly about being a Growth Marketer with us. Responsibilities Manage all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients, driving growth in existing markets and exploring new channels. Lead our email marketing program: optimise flows, build smart automations and dig into data to improve performance. Own our digital advertising efforts – plan and run campaigns on Meta and Google, evaluate new platforms, and scale effective tactics. Create compelling case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities and pitch bold ideas to reach new runners, companies, and destinations. Collaborate directly with the founder, perform deep work with minimal meetings, and keep communication clear and focused. Qualifications Analytical and structured mindset with a passion for data, research, and testing. Creative ability to craft great copy and uncover new opportunities. Experience with email marketing automation and digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.). Fast mover, super collaborator, and strong execution focus. Comfortable working remotely, with 2–3 hours of internal meetings a week. Contract Details USD 1,400 a month. 25 hours a week. Managed via Upwork.
