**About the Role**
We’re hiring a passionate and talented Sr. Marketing Lead to join the Marketing Team, leading member loyalty across SOUTH LATAM.
What are our member's profiles? How is their life cycle and behaviors? How should we relate to them?
What is the value of those members and how do we get more value from them? Where do additional opportunities for growth exist? What's the strategy to retain them, creating an emotional bond? What experience are they having? How to communicate with them?
These are just some of the questions that a Marketing Lead at WeWork will answer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and implement Go-to-Market Marketing Strategy
- Serve as a cross-functional marketing resource primarily dedicated to manage the relationship and member loyalty strategy/program and actions:
- Member experience
- Member events
- Member contents
- Member communications
- Collaborate with Sales/Growth Ops/Sales Ops team to align data to build a action plan to bring in more revenue through members/upselling
- Create meaningful local strategic partnerships with organizations & individuals that will drive revenue and brand relevance to the members
- Connecting with members to establish WeWork as a vital part of the entrepreneurial and business communities in local markets
- Manage marketing and promotional activities at all territory, country, city, and building levels.
- Regular cross-functional alignment across teams, cultivating cross-organizational alignment in order to drive meaningful and measurable results. This role will be part-execution, and part cross-functional.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to architect a GTM plan.
- Partner with regional marketing to develop resources, assets, and segment expertise
- Align data/results with sales and marketing efforts.
- Stay current on changes and best practices in Member Loyalty efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Required language skills: English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Desired loyalty programs and events experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, Salesforce, Tableau, Datorama and a good base of general computer knowledge

- Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
- Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
- Experience in real estate or technology preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
