**About this opportunity**
We are looking for an enthusiastic** Digital Marketing Latam Specialist** to build, maintain, support and improve online channels, virtual tools, e-commerce and loyalty platforms focused mainly on professional marketing customers. Drive a personalized, relevant and positive online user experience by understanding the lifecycle and segmentation of our professional customers. You will be reporting directly to the Digital Marketing and Solutions Manager and assisting with all related tasks.
**In this role, you will**
- Work on a variety of digital marketing programs and projects mainly focused on the professional channel;
- Constantly improve our virtual solutions and launch the tools in naïve countries;
- Responsible for testing the virtual tools prior launches and updates in a limited market release with key customers;
- Communicate the benefits of the usage of our tools during sales and doctor’s meetings;
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of online stories across the Latam region focusing on professional channels and a future patient channel;
- Monitoring product inventory and pre-order with the logistic team to ensure a positive shopper experience;
- Identify the proper product categories and take ownership of daily business administration and assigned accounts;
- Optimize and communicate properly customers (B2B mainly) and frontline team about the new product listings;
- Follow KPIs improvement up based on sales conversion rate, visitors, bounce rate, traffic source and etc;
- Lead the live streaming shop experience during events;
- Possess a clear understanding of production workflow from asset creation to studio operation;
- Provide consistency and synergy over different brands websites, landing pages and platforms;
- Adapt, approve and launch new portals according to the business needs;
- Optimize website structure and content for search engines (SEO);
- Responsible for an easy and positive navigation by the target audience;
- Cultivate best practices for content creation and synergy across multiple channels;
- Tropicalize, deploy, test and implement the loyalty program in the region designed to retain and engage professional customers and promote brand awareness among patients;
- Assist in execution of promotional and configuration of bonus points in the loyalty platform;
- Track loyalty program enhancements and campaigns according to an internal calendar;
- Collaborate with reports, lead presentations to key stakeholders;
- Update and review product content on our e-commerce, websites, landing pages and portals;
- Coordinate with third party agencies and anticipate solutions according to the trends of loyalty members and shopper behaviors;
- Based on the review of data and business analytics suggest and implement new marketing strategies;
- Conduct market research to identify improvements in our online channels (virtual tools, websites and e-commerce) and analyze surveys;
- Partner with Consumer marketing, IT, Customer support, Commercial Operations, Events, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement teams;
- Multi task ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment;
- Finance and contracts management and control;

**In this role, you’ll need **
- 4+ years of experience in the role;
- Customer focused and entrepreneurial mindset;
- Bachelor’s degree: preferably in Marketing, Business Administration OR equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of digital marketing, databases and e-commerce;
- SEO skills;
- Analytics experience;
- Strong communication skills required;
- Ability to lead project development, testing and execution;
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment;
- Remain flexible and positive to changing business needs;
- Willing and eager to learn;
- Ability to multitask;
- Strong planning and problem solving skills;
- Advanced English;
- Omni-channel marketing and Loyalty Program experiences desired;
- Spanish desired;
- Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
