What you will do at ODILO:
- Design and implement 360° marketing campaigns (digital, events, content, social media, email marketing, paid media).
- Adapt and develop promotional materials for Brazil, ensuring cultural and linguistic sensitivity.
- Coordinate and execute both in-person and virtual events (webinars, trade shows, local activations).
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, design, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, engagement, leads, ROI) and propose continuous improvements.
- Manage external vendors (agencies, designers, translators) when needed.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and consumer behavior in Brazil and LATAM.
- Collaborate with internal and remote teams (marketing, product, sales, design) to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Analyze results and propose ongoing improvements.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Languages: Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese; professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar strategic marketing roles within the LATAM region, with a strong focus on understanding the educational and technology market in Brazil.
- Strong knowledge of digital ecosystems and marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead multichannel campaigns and coordinate remote teams.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking skills.
- Graphic design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.) is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotel

- Experience in the education, training, and technology industries.
