The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of programmatic media, social media strategy, and campaign performance analysis, with a strong focus on ROI optimization and strategic planning. Be a strategic, results-driven leader to lead our digital marketing initiatives.

This role requires a combination of creativity and analytical thinking to design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that support business growth and brand positioning in the competitive online gaming market.

This position is to work in a hybrid work model, requiring presence at least three times a week in the office located in the South Zone of São Paulo, and this is subject to change at any time.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Design and develop digital/social media marketing strategy, media planning & buying, content strategy, for agency clients;
  • Execute marketing campaigns for clients to deliver leads, conversions, engagement across channels (SEO/SEM, social, paid media, content);
  • Analyze marketing data (client campaigns) including SEO, PPC, social media advertising; problem-solve from the data and create action plans;
  • Work with multiple clients, fast-paced project management, set budgets & timelines;
  • Define and execute marketing strategy to create brand awareness and generate traffic/installations (PR, events, promotions, partnerships, social marketing);
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarks, consumer studies on the market; make recommendations to improve appeal;
  • Craft and execute dynamic marketing campaigns around in-game events; produce vibrant promotional materials and engaging content strategies to drive acquisition/engagement;
  • Lead social media management across platforms: craft consistent brand voice with compelling local content published weekly;
  • Analyze user preferences and social-media metrics to continuously optimize content strategies and maximize audience engagement;
  • Lead marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales: guide specialists in marketplace store setup/optimization;
  • Campaign planning and execution (product launch, seasonal promotions);
  • Content optimization: product listings, brand stores, marketplace pages;
  • Performance monitoring: sales KPIs, traffic, conversion, metrics analysis;
  • Collaboration across marketing, sales and product teams;
  • Driving growth in specific regional markets (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, etc);
  • Managing budgets, promotional calendar, local-market tailoring;
  • Website optimization (visibility, conversion, algorithm ranking);
  • Managing out full people management processes, including activities such as time tracking, vacation control, performance evaluation, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or gaming industries;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, social media marketing, and digital campaign management;
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI, metrics, and performance optimization;
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.), and CRM systems;
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills;
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on when needed;
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile;
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills;
  • Proactive in problem solving;
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Consultative approach and focus on customer experience;
  • Conflict management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
