Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented demand generation-focused marketing manager to design and implement regional campaigns, webinars, and events, and support the execution of global marketing activities that drive marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and brand awareness for EMIS, EPFR and CEIC, ISI Markets companies.

This is an extremely fast-paced, hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Execution:

Support global go-to-market and create local plans for new and existing products, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value propositions are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals.

  • Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support:

Run end-to-end digital and product campaigns across our digital channels: website, blogs, email, social media. Own tactical implementation and optimization. Use HubSpot and Salesforce for execution, tracking, and reporting.

  • Content Coordination & Localization:

Localize, create and deploy marketing content across multiple formats and channels (email, web, social, sales materials), working closely with product, marketing and sales teams.

  • Event & Webinar Support:

Manage end to end logistics and promotional activities for proprietary events, sponsored conferences, and in-house webinars. Ensure timely follow-ups post-event in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Performance Reporting & Optimization:

Track key performance metrics, generate regular campaign reports, and contribute insights to refine future marketing activities.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with the Global Marketing Lead, product teams, economist and research teams, and sales stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business priorities and messaging. Maintain clear communication and task ownership across teams.

  • Budget Management:

Responsible for managing an assigned budget, ensuring its efficient allocation across marketing activities. He must monitor spending closely, maintain control over expenditures, and use the budget responsibly to maximize impact. It is essential that it stays within the allocated limits and avoids overspending

  • SEO & SEM Strategy Support:

Execute SEO best practices across web content and landing pages. Own the design and copywriting of SEM paid ads, ensuring creative assets are compelling, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus in events, digital and lead generation.
  • Required Languages: Portuguese (Native), English (Advanced), Spanish (is a plus).
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in organizing physical events and webinars is required.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing is required, including familiarity with key channels, tools, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, and Salesforce is required. The candidate must demonstrate hands-on experience using these platforms to manage campaigns, design marketing assets, and track customer interactions effectively
  • Strong content adaptation and copywriting skills across digital formats.
  • Collaborative, self-starter mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
