Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data Security Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for protecting enterprise data from cyber threats. Email Security: Develop, implement, and maintain email security gateway policies to apply data restrictions and prevent unauthorized access. Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Configure DLP policies using RegEx and/or dictionaries on email security gateways to identify and block sensitive data transmission. Automation and Configuration Review: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate M365 policy configuration review and status updates, ensuring timely identification of potential security risks. Exchange Transport Rules: Develop rules to detect and prevent the sharing of sensitive data across the organization. Message Tracking and Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of message tracking, alerts, and data to identify risk reduction opportunities and optimize processes. Policy and Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve email security policies and procedures to ensure maximum protection against data breaches.
