What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and execute the recruiting strategy for all consulting and internal roles
  • Partner with service line leaders and finance to anticipate hiring needs and build headcount plans
  • Build strategic pipelines through proactive sourcing and referral programs
  • Oversee recruiting tools, job postings, and contractor onboarding logistics
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to guide continuous improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-8+ years of talent acquisition experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based environments
  • Proven success in designing and scaling recruiting processes, including sourcing and headcount planning
  • Deep understanding of role scoping, leveling, and assessing high-potential consulting talent
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS/recruiting platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience hiring across North and Latin America and managing cross-border recruiting logistics
