This is an independent Contractor role (PJ contract). Monthly Salary: ***** USD - ***** USD range (Based on qualifications + experience) + Perks. About Borgg We are a fast‑growing, US‑based company that is seeking an experienced English‑speaking accounting professional to join our REMOTE team. We offer best‑in‑class accounting and financial services to start‑up technology and SaaS companies. Our Founder is a CPA and Ex‑Big 4 employee, and our clients are mostly venture‑backed SaaS companies who are focused on the Data space. You will have the opportunity to work with international clients and teams. Key Responsibilities Report directly to Founder. Manage a team of 2 (this will be growing shortly). Client‑facing role, running meetings with clients. Manage accurate financial records for Borgg's clients using QuickBooks. Manage month‑end close activities, including reconciling accounts, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to accounting. Communicate financial information and analysis to non‑financial stakeholders. Manage software implementations. Assist with special projects as needed. Key Tools QuickBooks Google Suite Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in Audit / Accounting. 3+ years of experience managing a team (at least 2). Experience in a client‑facing role. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proven experience in accounting/audit in a remote setting. Able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Past experience working in American companies. Nice to Have Current or Ex‑Auditor role.
