Job Description (English):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) and GxP guidelines.
  • Experience with Windows Server Administration, VMware, and Networking.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical application backup and restore processes.
