As ZF’s only Digital Hub in South America, our Campinas-based team is at the forefront of digital innovation, leading key initiatives in fleet telematics, e-commerce, and platform development. We support global programs working across functions to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions. This Digital Hub plays a critical role in ZF’s broader mission to shape the future of mobility. By combining local talent with global expertise, we contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies that help vehicles see, think, and act, advancing safety, sustainability, and intelligent transportation across the globe.

What you can look forward to as Digital HUB IT Manager (m/f/d):

  • Serve as the local IT site lead, overseeing compliance, infrastructure, and operational excellence.
  • Build and scale a diverse, high-performing IT team while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
  • Develop talent pipelines through strategic partnerships and internal career development programs.
  • Uphold technical standards and architectural principles across backend and frontend projects (e.g., Spryker-based platforms).
  • Mentor teams to ensure consistent delivery quality and seamless collaboration with global counterparts.
  • Act as the local execution lead for global digital initiatives, coordinating with international product owners, architects, and sponsors.
  • Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape across regions and functions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Champion a digital-first mindset, agile methodologies, and continuous learning.
  • Promote lean governance and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Your Profile as Digital HUB IT Manager (m/f/d):

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling multinational IT or digital teams in tech, e-commerce, or platform development.
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural leadership and matrix organizations.
  • Strong track record in building frontend/backend solutions, ideally with Spryker, PHP, or Symfony.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Effective communicator and stakeholder manager across business and IT.
  • Familiarity with modern web frameworks (JavaScript, Vue, Angular) is a plus.
  • Fluent English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish, German is an advantage.
  • Nice to have: Previous experience as a Site Leader in a global company.
