We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure and Datacenter Analyst to join our team, with focus on management of IT infrastructure.
Based in Sorocaba - Brazil, reporting to LATAM Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance and security of systems and services.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain datacenter infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Implement and manage IT security policies.
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient systems integration and operation.
- Document infrastructure processes and procedures.
- Manage and improve business continuity initiatives (DR,HA,Backup)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:
- Complete higher education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure and Datacenter Analyst (+5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with networks (LAN/WAN) and IT security.
- Experience with storage (SAN/NAS) and backup (CommVault and VEEAM) solutions.
- Knowledge of systems monitoring and management tools.
- Project management skills and ability to work in a team.
- English language intermidiate level (mandatory)
- Spanish language intermidiate level (considered as a plus)
