Director of Latam IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a seasoned Regional IT Leader to drive the delivery of our regional IT and digital strategy.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators for the regional IT group, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
You will also define local policies, processes, and procedures as needed, aligning with Group IT standards. Additionally, you will provide input to IT strategy, policies, and procedures, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements based on regional needs.
Main responsibilities include:
- Resource planning and budget management
- Day-to-day operations management
- IT project management using agile methodologies
- Service quality monitoring and issue escalation in regional IT
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Service Desk Operations, or IT administration
- Experience working in a global matrix environment
- 3-5 years of experience managing teams and individuals
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field
Desirable skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of the life science/chemical sector, particularly in flavors and fragrances
- Good understanding of IT organizations, strategies, objectives, and operating models
- Change management skills, including communication and training
