Procurement Leadership Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Director to lead our regional purchasing efforts in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective procurement strategies that drive business growth and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive supplier management and negotiation of favorable contracts.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions, ensuring timely and accurate information on raw material costs.
- Oversee the Purchasing activities related to Raw Material Harmonization project.
- Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management techniques.
- Establish clear goals and metrics that align with company initiatives and standards, holding direct reports accountable for performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Desirable MBA or post-graduate degree in a related field.
- Significant experience in Chemicals or Food Industry with team leadership across multiple sites.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Proficiency in SAP software - PP Module.
