Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Manager to drive business growth and excellence.

This role is responsible for managing teams and processes across procurement and logistics, including developing and implementing corporate strategies for warehouses and fleet management. The ideal candidate will align with the organization's vision and goals, while continuously improving processes and driving innovation.

  • Manage indicators by implementing continuous improvement in processes.
  • Implement established strategies at regional levels, focusing on controlling and supervising correct execution of all processes and procedures related to domestic transport and warehouse.
  • Drive innovation and change management within the scope of the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating people development and a high-performance culture.

About the Role
