Overview Technical Support Analyst (Entry-Level/ Graduate) – Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, focuses on revolutionizing food and consumer product delivery worldwide. Job Responsibilities Responsible for handling printer-related software and hardware issues both online and offline to ensure stable device operation. Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions. Focus on the actual needs of each restaurant client, helping them genuinely solve order-taking and printing-related issues to improve client experience and satisfaction. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related fields. Basic knowledge of printers or related hardware products, and willingness to deeply understand industry solutions. Native Portuguese speaker, with basic English working proficiency (able to read, write, and communicate in English). Proficient in basic software, with clear and organized documentation skills. Strong planning and execution skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; able to independently analyze and promote solutions. Teamwork spirit and strong initiative; able to participate in and organize small projects. Goal-oriented mindset, able to set work objectives and continuously follow up to ensure real problem-solving for each restaurant client. Strong interest in technical support and industry solutions, and willingness to develop continuously in the direction of order-taking solution operations.
