Key Responsibilities:Localization & Compliance Expert:
Guide and localize the global HR team & management on initiatives to ensure cultural and legal relevance, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.HR Strategy & Alignment:
Partner with HR management to help develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico.Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and terminations.Performance Management:
Own the performance management processes for the region, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions, while coaching regional managers on performance evaluations and underperformance management.Talent Development:
Collaborate with hr management to identify key talent and create development plans that support career growth and align with business objectives.Organizational Support:
Support organizational changes such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, by providing HR guidance, communication strategies, and change management plans.Operational Support:
Support our local HR operations in LATAM.Culture & Engagement:
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.HR Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze HR metrics, preparing regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (both written and spoken) is required.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP in Brazil and with other Spanish speaking countries.Experience in a multicultural environmentExperience working with international tech companiesAn HR Expert who embodies the values of Caring, Determined & Impactful.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in BrazilProven experience in managing employee relations and handling complex HR issues.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
