**Opportunity**
The professional in this position plays a fundamental role in product design activities with the client. He is responsible for planning, defining scope, resource allocation, evolution and continuous evaluation of the product. This position can be understood as that of a professional with the responsibilities of a Senior Product Owner. With extensive experience in data products, this professional needs a solid technical background and management skills to identify and understand customer needs. Furthermore, it is crucial that he is clear about which actions will result in significant improvements for both the customer and the product. Your performance is essential to ensure alignment between customer expectations and the delivery of a high quality and relevant product.

**Who you are**:
- **Domain Knowledge (5 to 8 years)**: The professional must have a deep understanding of the Saas, Paas or Data product management domain.
- **Technical Competence (3 to 5 years)**: The ability to understand technical aspects of the product and collaborate effectively with the development team. Have experience with Spark, Databricks, AWS and PowerBi technologies.
- **Backlog Management (5 to 8 years)**: The ability to create and manage a product backlog effectively.
- **Strategic Vision (5 to 8 years)**: Demonstrate outstanding ability in identifying effective trajectories for the evolution of technological products.
- **Stakeholder Management (5 to 8 years)**: Effective management of relationships with stakeholders with experience in interacting with clients, analysts, developers and others involved in the project.
- **Decision Making (5 to 8 years)**:The ability to take responsibility and face risks in crucial decisions is fundamental, as is understanding the impacts of choices that are not immediately evident.
- **Effective Communication (5 to 8 years)**: Experience in establishing effective communication, both technical and non-technical, with all project stakeholders.
- **End-to-End Product Management (5 to 8 years)**: Expertise in comprehensive product lifecycle management, with solid experience in overcoming challenges associated with product development, launch and continuous evolution.
- **Market Validation (5 to 8 years)**: The ability to validate product concepts and understand market dynamics represents a significant differentiator. Have practical experience in executing products on digital platforms, especially in the beverage sector.

**The Interview Process**:
Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
