Job Summary

Estamos em busca de um Engenheiro de Processos para se juntar à nossa equipe. O candidato ideal demonstrará um conhecimento profundo e aplicará proativamente metodologias de engenharia, estatística, em várias áreas produtivas. Além disso, ele será responsável por definir tecnologias para resolver problemas complexos, desenvolver novos procedimentos e transformando-os em soluções.

Responsabilidades:

  • Aplicar método científico ou processos de engenharia e estatísticas em diversos desafios. Definir tecnologias para resolver problemas complexos e desenvolver novos produtos ou aplicações.
  • Compreender a estratégia do negócio, avaliar ideias e participar da definição dos processos de melhoria.
  • Monitorar a concorrência e as tendências de mercado e buscar oportunidades.
  • Apresentar relatórios de ideias complexas transformando-as em resultados claros para diferentes públicos, liderar a documentação dos resultados de pesquisas e usar a comunicação para influenciar clientes internos e externos.
  • Liderar projetos, promover esforços colaborativos com colegas e membros da equipe, e treinar colegas em funções relacionadas.

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Química, ou áreas correlatas.
  • Inglês avançado.
  • Vivência em chão de fábrica, contato com solução de problemas, gestão de indicadores, treinamento de pessoas, experiência na criação de novos procedimentos e melhoria de processos.
  • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência prévia em funções similares nos setores Químico, Alimentício, Petrolífero e Farmacêutico.
  • Conhecimento avançado de sistemas de software de engenharia de processos.
  • Capacidade de analisar dados e otimizar linhas de produção.
  • Experiência em liderança de projetos e/ou participação em equipes multifuncionais.

Desejável:

  • Espanhol intermediário/avançado.
  • Pós-graduação na área.
  • Certificações como Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) e Six Sigma/Green Belt.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de solução de problemas (ex. MES).
