HRIS Business Analyst - Remote - Latin America FullStack Labs is a transparent IT talent network connecting skilled professionals with global companies. The Opportunity You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis. Responsibilities Gather business requirements, analyze needs, and create functional and technical documentation. Support or implement integrations between HRIS platforms and internal scheduling or labor systems. Data mapping, validation, and migration across HR or payroll systems. Work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed. Collaborate with both technical and operational teams. Qualifications 4+ years as a Business Analyst in HRIS, Payroll, or Workforce Management systems. Advanced English. Four-year college degree. Proven experience with Payroll systems and HRIS workflows. Hands‑on experience with UKG, ADP, or similar enterprise tools. Solid background supporting or implementing integrations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
